To everyone that's interested, on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, Lindsay lohan's preliminary hearing will take place. It's for the Felony grand theft that has been filed against her for a $2500, "one-of-a-kind" neckalace. The necklace is actually believed to be worth no more than $500, which would downgrade it as petty theft, of a misendeamor.
